Re: HARDY AND JOHNSON

Bought a couple H and J jackets— outstanding.  Well, I hope the opportunity for you gents to trade again presents itself sometime in the not-too-distant future!

Re: HARDY AND JOHNSON

Really upsetting that you are stopping production. I never pulled the trigger on a summer jacket because either my size wasn't available or I couldn't afford it at the time...

Re: HARDY AND JOHNSON

Facebook I have only once touched: to get in touch with Jeff Garet when he was in hospital.  Never otherwise.
A bump, however, for this as the Ebay/Etsy alert has been activated and Hardy and Johnson have been mentioned elsewhere recently.

Re: HARDY AND JOHNSON

Anyone know how many items they managed to circulate?

Re: HARDY AND JOHNSON

For most of our ivy jackets, there were no more than six made in each fabric, often only one or two in each size. The Herringbone jackets were made in various different wool fabrics from the Moon or Magee mills.
I've still got a few new/unworn H&J 42s in wool checks and a 44 brown herringbone squirrelled away.
Might think about about putting some of them up for sale.

Re: HARDY AND JOHNSON

I doubt if you'd have much trouble selling anything you'd care to put forward, Chris.
