Contrary to lies of FNB and Woofboxer, I (and most of the other "Buff Bastards") have been banned from posting on this forum. There are only a few posters left so don't waste your time on here. This forum is dead and nobody cares.

Re: Autumn/Winter Sports Coats.

I'm just putting my winter jackets away as spring is almost sprung. Well officially its been around for 6 weeks.

However yesterday was rain and 15C (today 22C and mild - tomorrow 27C)  and last night Ms fxh asked why I didn't wear my Magee donegal (of course she didn't call it that!) - its almost the same colour as yours above formby. Spooky. I'll see if i can get pics later.

Aside from the fact its a bit too warm I never feel comfortable with any trousers I pair it with. I can't get enough contrast or something. And I feel it looks too UK upper middle country gent (Midsomer Murders) to work for me in the Melbourne context. I love it in many ways but rarely wear it. I especially love its loooong 11.5" twin vents. I've always liked the long vents look on jackets.
