The middle picture of the Reyn's shop above was taken in 1957 so pre dates the Gant popover pattern used in the shirts seen in the top pic of Reyn himself and the illustration on the bottom.

Yeah Reyn was running a while before he got Gant to sort the pattern, and then he approach Spooner who he developed the cloth with, the collar used to be a lot nicer than it is now. And that top photo is just great
