Re: Inane Overdrive-Brave New World Edition, 2013 and Beyond

Does anyone else cringe at this (and not just because of the incorrect use of a pronoun)?

"I'm interested in the kind of girl I can kiss, but not the kind who wants me to take her home. The kind who I can date six times, take home to meet my parents and not have her put off. I also want a girl who wouldn't be dependent on me for fiscal things. As near as Alberta has socialites, I want to meet somebody who is from the same environment as I. Educated, intelligent, and to a degree, well to do."

I would be dismayed, but I feel I've grown immune to the modern "I want <insert object of desire>, but I don't feel I should do any of the work required for it".

The guy is on the right track by concerning himself with his appearance. It absolutely matters (of course). Shock of shocks, though, not all women are going to like you no matter what you wear, even those you believe are in your own "class", or league.

This guy is specific about what he wants, so he is going to have to do a lot of prowling and be rather aggressive in his search.

Finding a mate is one thing I think people do try too hard at, and where not caring much is the proper approach. There are a lot of ways to meet people. Eventually you will meet some you like. They might even like you too. Go from there, but don't put too much effort into the search. When you find one that you like and she likes you, then put effort into that.

Do you know who else doesnt care what no one thinks? Psychos... if you want to attract masochists it might be the right way to go about dressing..

I do care what people think about what I wear..I want them to be pleased by it..hopefully it'll bring some joy to their day as it has mine..

The main thing is here different ways of dressing will attract different types of people and if you're being honest in the way you dress you'll attract someone whose is the right person for you

Psychos actually care very deeply what other people think.

Re: Inane Overdrive-Brave New World Edition, 2013 and Beyond

Enlightenment brings dreams. Live in the light and experience mindlessness and you can have all the good stuff come into your life.

My ultimate dream = to become completely mindless 24/7. How do we become completely mindless?...to access the `light' via the 3rd eye and enter other cosmic dimensions.

We can all reach that point, but we need to see through the cloak of illusion that the system we live under places upon us. Minimise the physical and live in the light, in that way we can become mindless most of the time. Unfortunately the devils system doesn't allow for that luxury most of the time, but we are to blame for falling into temptation because previous memories were none so we didn't understand what perfection was.

Does this makes sense to most? Probably not, but one day it will. It is the truth of truths.

Be well my brothers,

Yours in light,

Ole shooey.

See...humans use their minds to operate in this world, but look at the mess it has put us in. The key is to operate under wisdom, but we can only get the true wisdom when we become mindless, and the way to become mindless is to access the 3rd eye and become one with the light so one becomes invisible and is no longer in the human body.

Someone is trolling the lugnuts over at the Hat Forum about how bad British style has become--or was it always bad?

I should document some of the people I encounter on a daily basis, just to put things into perspective.  The very busy and very huge MEGA gas (that's petrol) station near my house, that has a cafe and all kinds of bullshit in it, along with like 40 gas pumps, is a mecca of just the worst clothing choices imaginable.

Why do all those foreigners have British accents? Old colonials?
