Sounds like a big gun, but talks like a silly bugger. My maker John would disagree with that. He says a machine stitched shoe is a medium term shoe and that hand welted is a lifetime shoe if looked after. Machnine stitched shoes can limit shoe life, and this sucks if a nice shoe fits and is an old mate. That bugger needs to check ebay, then he will come across shoes with gemming failure. Just because you can hand make a shoe doesn't mean you aren't full of crap and deluded when it comes to footwear, the proof is above. Nubs..the two of `em.

btw, l would need more time for filming. Next time.

If they start bullshitting i'll string the bastards up mate. Sales people always bullshit.

'I can do my own thing, but if you do yours and I don't approve then you fail' ?

I think this is an incredibly common thing. Well highlighted by you. A tip of the hat.

I agree completely old boy, with both your posts. However, "their thing" looks shit and I thought I could get a bit of amusement out of it. Perhaps you can be a decent sport and give your view point to my stance on on doing ones own thing while seeing the flaws of others via P.M? Which I sure you must agree are clear to see? This would save the thread from degenerating into another online attention seeking online spat. And also give me the benefit of finding it easier to ignore your boring twaddle, what?

Whats wrong, old chap? Has one got the hump because I ignored both your emails you sent me about, er, what was it again? Ah, yes "A photo shoot with Skinheads dressed in Ivy". Why on earth you thought I'd reply to such twaddle I don't know. You sir, have all the traits of your father.
Thankfully you don't post on here during the same period of time. I feel that would be Screaming chaos.

He's got one freaky style in his apartment, it all matches his yellow walls though, although it looks more 70s hippy than mod to me.

Messy I agree but Red Steve's shoes are the real gem. I don't think I could even bring myself to wear them for cleaning the car. Its pure gold on there though. Just fantastic how deluded these poor souls are. I don't think their helped by telling each other how smart they look. I'm sure the cats that tell them that don't post pictures are really taking the piss. Well, I hope so.

I see Crompie is in the 'FT How to Spend It' columns again. But I thought that it was about bespoke hair transplants and rapid beard-growth potions! PLUS a denigration of his latest bespoke 'Balmorals' because:

1. the makers won't swing him a Christmas freebie and

2. because they used Forest Gump's lasts ;accidentally on purpose'.

I came up to see her sometimes.

Re: Inane Overdrive-Brave New World Edition, 2013 and Beyond

I clearly don't get around the boards as much as I used to .. but who on earth is this Alan character? He looks like a typical English bloke .. cheap shoes, uncoordinated outfits, badly fitting clothes .. sartorially lacking but ordinary nonetheless. I suspect however he is a poster on the boards, but why is he then posting pictures of himself if he clearly doesn't give a toss about style? Or perhaps he does and this is a weird ironic twist on what ordinary blokes wear in modern britain? Am I missing something here?
