Re: You might be Ivy if....

You hang all your makers in a strict colour coded order.
Then turn the light on & off twenty times and then blink and rub your nose ten times.
Sorry, that’s actually OCD isn’t it!

Re: You might be Ivy if....

... you spend a good 5 minutes staring in delight at your recently washed madras shirt because the blue and yellow lines of colour have started bleeding and merging to create subtle green lines of plaid.

This was me tonight.

Bleeding Madras may have been a gimmick but it's one I can see a point in. Wonderful fabric.

Aye. Blue yellow and red on off white at first.  Now with a wee bit of olive coming through.

I've a pair of deadstock dark olive white tab Levi's I'm itching to wear with it too. Both of them will have to wait a month or so yet I think.  Heating up now in the north but still not madras weather.

... during the colder months, you use your worn, crumpled J. Press summer weight cotton blazer as a pajama top.

You have to decide between a Harvard CO-OP blazer from the 1960s to 1980s or a J Keydge.
