If you wanted to Talk Ivy, you'd be in the Ivy forum Talking Ivy and not in here Talking Jimmy.

Re: Can we have Jim back now, please?

When you stop engaging with me on this topic I'll stop answering.

I'm just trying to put all the Boo-Hooing we've had lately to bed. I still can't believe a word of it though... Who could be so daft ?

- And I'm always going to wonder what your interest is anyway, Mr. Formby. Are you an Ivy fan ?  Do you wear much Ivy ?

Why do think you get to tell me what to do ?

I've already refused to moderate you.

Re: Can we have Jim back now, please?

I think (for whatever thats worth) that a forum is a medium that should be interactive between people. It will ultimately become a community between its members. Repetition of subject matter can only hold the interest of a community for so long. A clothes forum has limited subject matter. I can understand the musings of the village idiot ( for surely if any medium can be called a Global Village its a forum) are a source of entertainment to himself if theres not really an interest in the medium or its members.

This is shown when the idiot gave up moderating, he could not longer entertain himself with numerous invented guises and the use of the medium to troll others. Rather the medium itself became the material of his trolling, while thinking there was a new medium waiting to be exposed to his ego and somewhat deluded opinion of himself. Wisely Bop had second thoughts on that that front and we are left with an ex public schoolboy buffoon who, having been exposed is no longer amusing but can only be seen as an egotistic cock.

Rah, rah, rah indeed.

Re: Can we have Jim back now, please?

Nobody has exposed 'me' but me.

.... And I'm a rotten liar !    wink

So theorise away. Those who know, know. Them as don't are welcome to entertain the kiddy class with their speculations.

Put some work in - Try and find me as an old Rugbeian in their records... You won't because you don't know my real name. Also there's also every chance that I went to Stowe. Just like George Melly.

All you have is what I've given you.

Get over it  ?

I use the name of a Secondary Modern kid from Macclesfield. Top Man.  He's a smack head by now, probably.

The Internet is a big deal to you isn't it?  It isn't to us.

I'm supportive of anything Ivy, but you won't pin me down.  The Bop thing was just a thing. He has my support with it.

All that you think matters doesn't matter to me.

How could it  ?

I'm not you.

Re: Can we have Jim back now, please?

Is it time for riddles? I've got one:

I am as strong as seven men. I am as tall as seven men. Yet seven men can not stand me on my end. What am I?

Answer: A Rope.
