The jeans are definitely the point of interest there. And I'd also hazard a guess that he's wearing that jacket as a joke or just messing around for some sort of collegiate game or ritual or brutal fraternity hazing party. I'm sure it's not really his jacket. Not that I would say anything to that guy about it one way or the other. To me it looks the sleeves would be too short even if they were pulled down. But like Ollie says, they are cut very short. Who knows...
