Thanks for the heads up AC. I'm going to try a pair.
I'm not a big 5 pocket guy. But, it's a hole I'm willing to fill.
...no jokes!!
Those Hertlings are still $99.99 however when i looked at them earlier it seems Bean are doing a 10% discount on all orders (ends Tuesday).

My God, the Hertling five pockets are now $39.99 on the Bean site.
That is a saving of over $90!
Cheers for the heads up AC, gonna bag me a pair of them.
Whilst these ain't my thang, I do love the handle HERTLING TROUSERS...
Going into a shop and asking of you've any Hertling trousers Mister and then diving to the floor shouting LOOK OUT LOOK OUT....
I'm very tired you know..these 12 hr days is taking their toll fellas...
I've not worn my JSA ones (their chinos were Hertling weren't they?!?) in a while either...find em too skinny now I've gone back to the 90s...
The Flapper King
Damn, nothing below 32 waist. For that price I would have bought 2 pairs.
Nice one AC. Just bagged a pair at 38 quid including international postage. Many thanks for sharing your wisdom sir.
Blimey that is tempting, but just been having this discussion with fellow forum-ite Kafka about how many pair of light trousers we are amassing! As tempted as I am I maybe hold back, plus a 32
Might be too big - are they finished like a pair of denims and difficult to take in?
I'm passing - I'm working hard to shift the Christmas excess - I think a 32 will end to much work.
Thanks to the feedback WM.
At that price they are worth a punt. Thanks for the heads up AC.
^
Oh, trust me, they're well worth it. You'll dig heartily.
These are very tempting at this price even for one who is on a forced economy drive. Those who have bought how do you find the sizing?
Okay... deleted my earlier post about them being constructed like jeans. I just looked them over and they're not. They have excess material and are constructed like chinos, so you should be able to let in and out with ease with the extra material, and there is a split waistband at back too. Not with the little v notch like on dress trousers, but there is a seam there at the back, so alterations to the waist should be easy. And AC, I did take these to alterations, but not to have the waist altered, just to have them hemmed. It all came back to me after looking at them. I have the size 30 and the measurement is exactly that.
Anyone tempted, there is also a further 10% discount on your entire order if you enter promo code SNOW10 at checkout.
Offer ends next Wednesday.
Hell, man. Soon they'll be paying us to take them.
Thanks for the info, took a punt. Do any of you fellas have experience with LL's dress cords?
These fit pretty true to size, my pair of 34" with 32" inseam measure spot on. Pretty decent construction, especially for $40.
So I ordered a pair - I just hope they're no tighter than the above.
WM has posted pics of himself in his pair and they looked roomy.
Maybe he can comment when he wakes up ?
I can't really imagine Bean doing skintight pants somehow. What sort of weight are they (anyone)? Summer wear? Will I meet a 1960 Marie Laforêt if I wear mine with a blue Makers ocbd?
