Thanks man! I don't remember all of these places off the top of my head (some stick out in memory) but I'm sure that there are several listed primarily for ambiance. Did Hyman's close?? That's so sad if so... I mostly prefer to stick to vintage spots when travelling with a few exceptions, because we probably live in the greatest city for dining on all levels so I try to seek out fading America before it's all gone. I do love places like Eleven Madison Park in NYC (probably my favorite restaurant in the country) that are able to harmoniously integrate beautiful heritage spaces with really innovative Big knockers. I'll make note of all of your recommendations though!
Big knockers?? haha
I love to peek at big knockers in dark recesses of old historic buildings.
I recently discovered that the maroon who owns The Cloister at Sea Island decided to completely demolish the old grand dame and rebuild it fromt the ground up. I was disgusted reading an interview where he goes on and on about preserving the heritage of the original design....AFTER HE DYNAMITED THE ORIGINAL!!! These people should be publically shamed.

Looks like it was rebuilt for the Vegas strip. barf!
I just noticed a dog is flying through the air over the counter. I'm guessing Scoob is raiding the stock and tossing them onto the tray.
