M1s have the highest rise, but they're quite loose fitting. All made in America.
I thought I read somewhere that they had started outsourcing, however if that's not the case then I stand corrected. Just how high is the rise on the M1s? As high as O'Connell's/back in the day trousers?

Looks ok I think. The rise in the 1st shot looks higher than that of the 2nd.
I may try some next year.
The raincoats don't work over a jacket, which in my eyes means they don't work full stop. This is the sort of thing that makes me think his target audience is not old-fashioned people like me. Which is fair enough, as I have no doubt there are only a few old-fashioned people around, and most of us are not in any hurry to buy expensive clothing even when it does have the classic look. Although a decent 50s/60s style, all cotton, single breasted, cream mac, not made anywhere too dodgy (e.g. HOHOthorpe) certainly would tempt me.

Maybe it's not you, unless you're a master of disguise.
The M2s are not doing it for me. They're a bit like the JS chinos, with that Henry VIII flavour.
