So going back to the OP and the "four-year jacket," what's your favorite look?  I like "sophomore" the best.  Really good ad in my opinion.  Quite clever.

Not a great year for snow in Austria. It arrived late and now that half term is over and prices are sensible it is warm. So you have freeze/thaw conditions and soft snow in the afternoons.

Mountain restaurant staff are the ones you most often see in Austrian-style clothing. Sometimes wealthy older types in spa resorts like Badhofgastein.
