Re: Tailor store chinos

Mtm but they don't do turn ups? Not impressed, but for those who don't do cuffs - sure.

^That does seem an anomaly in the MTM category, but they do look decent chinos.

Re: Tailor store chinos

These look appealing. Would you mind measuring the rise? Are these "Casual" or "Classic"? What is the fit - Tapered, Regular or Loose?

Sorry, lots of questions.

Re: Tailor store chinos

11 is a little low for a high rise option,  how do these compare to the  Orvis you tried?

Re: Tailor store chinos

Judging from visuals at the Tailor Store site, the rise is determined not only by "Waist height", but also by "Fit". Loose fit seems to have the highest rise.

Pictures by Turrentine look good, but I could use more than 11" rise.

Re: Tailor store chinos

Hmm not sure that I measured properly, so I have re measured and make it 11.5 . I am about 5' 10'' and about 10 stone and they sit right on my naval if that's any help. The orvis chinos that I tried were a fuller cut on me, and had a similar rise sitting right on my naval.
