Fantastic research.
I've got a jacket somewhere with an 'Eagle Clothes for Oransky's of Cedar Rapids' label, nice to get a bit of background.
Is this the same as the Eagle shirt company? I see decent button-downs from them occasionally on my thrift jaunts. Good stuff, AC. Eagle's never really been on my radar for vintage.
Awesome post AC! This is why I come on this site, I literally learn something new everyday. Thanks for doing the research and sharing your knowledge! I really appreciate it.
Excellent research and extra marks for the Rod Serling connection.
"Picture a man, a man about to go on a journey, beyond light, beyond sound, a man about to enter.............The Twilight Zone."
and then something like "It was just a normal day for Ron Hudsucker in Chickenburg, Oklahoma....." etc.
Great stuff AC - you do the Eagle Rock with such style and grace.
