The nice boys at the Fender Custom Shop UK are looking into converting a re-issue Duo-Sonic to a Duo-Sonic II,
they've got all the 'bits' ( the switches and pots are same as the Jaguar/Jazzmater reissues ),
just somebody has to break out the Dremel to make holes in the scratchplate to fit them.

When they first opened in the UK I did a Strat with a piezo under the saddle ( two outputs so you could do an electric and 'acoustic-ish' sound at the same time) .
We ended getting a load of them done for various gigs and now they seem to think each idea I have will get a load of orders so they are very accommodating as a result
