Not huge, but LL Bean is giving out $10 coupons with any purchase of at least $50 until Christmas. Since they offer perennially free shipping, one could purchase a few things individually and save a few bucks. I'm using the $10 coupon from my new moccasins to lessen the burden of the barn coat my girlfriend wants.
