Sancho, I agree with Moose.  If you paid with Paypal, file a Paypal claim.  It's good that you reported the issue to Etsy also.  Hopefully YSR will get in touch with you.  I don't want us to have a personal attack thread, as much as I find Yuca's comments rather amusing, as always. 

And you guys remember that we mods really try to take a "hands-off" approach to moderating members' interactions, but if anyone feels that they have been cheated out of some dealing that centered around the forum directly, such as someone not receiving an item they paid for that was for sale in the FOR SALE or SWAP thread, then I think that falls under out jurisdiction and we can offer to step in and facilitate communication and hopefully a resolution.

45 days? It must have been more than that, I paid him on Oct 26, what is that, like 50 days?

I mean, I'm not mad, I honestly just want the shirt! I hope that nothing has happend to him, especially not something so bad that it prevents him from answering mails. But we'll have to wait and see, though I don't think I will get the shirt nor the money back.
