Shabby chic and sprezzatura doesnt work for me
When my button down collars are unbuttoned,
my face is not shaven,
my hair is ruffled,
my polo shirt collar is turned up,
I look like a bum.

New clothes make me feel like mommy dressed me for the first day of school. The clothing doesn't really feel like it's mine until it shows some sign of wear.
