Martin Landau

Sad to hear the passing of Martin Landau. I have been watching back to back episodes of Mission Impossible (mainly for the wardrobe than the storylines) and him and Peter Graves always looked good. Not to mention he was a very good actor too.

Space 1999 being pretty good as well.

R.I.P Mr Landau...

Re: Martin Landau

Agreed fella. Looked good in MISSION:IMPOSSIBLE as noted and also NORTH BY NORTHWEST too. Loved SPACE:1999 and thought his Oscar winning role in ED WOOD was top class. Had the privilege of meeting him a few years back. An absolutely top bloke. Funny, down-to-Earth and humbled to think people still were interested in his work after all these years. For most guys like us who maybe grew up in the 1960s and early '70s so many of our on-screen heroes are now at that sort of age.

Re: Martin Landau

He starred in a couple of good episodes of Outer Limits too - most notably The Man Who Was Never Born.

Re: Martin Landau

He had some great '90s Ivy looks in one of my favorite Woody Allen films, Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Always sad when one of the greats goes, but happily they leave such long, layered legacies...
