Re: Berle chinos

Our old stablemate Oliver had some success with the military issue trousers as I recall.  Finding some with unfinished hems would be ideal for those wanting to H.R. Cuffnstuf.

Re: Berle chinos

I like a higher rise and have a rather slim neck.  Nor am I very tall.  So pretty much any modern tie hits below my belt.  I could have some ties shortened but that just seems like an astronomical pain in my ass.  Plus it would cost money.  Most of my vintage ties end right at my belt.

Or I could tie fat, ugly knots.

Re: Berle chinos

I believe Luxire can copy those for you - I haven't tried it (well I have but don't have my shirt back) but many people swear by them.

Locally I have used Al's Attire but MAN those guys are SO disorganized it takes MONTHS for them to even remember my order. They copied what was made for me well.
I think copying is not too hard.

Re: Berle chinos

An obvious solution I guess.  Could you post a pic of one of your mended ties blades?
