One For Our American Friends: The Ronnie Corbett Look

I may be wrong but is violence at sporting fixtures virtually unknown in the USA?
Here, some who post will remember 'Taking The End', whether it be at Stamford Bridge or Upton Park.
In the 1980s, gentlemen, we had our 'Casuals'.
'It was great...  no-one knew what you were doing...'  The words of one of these chaps.
One of their looks was The Ronnie Corbett: the off-duty golfer in lemon or salmon Lyle And Scott v-neck lambswool sweaters.  Or Pringle.
You can look them up, but Hewitt claimed they were simply 'Mods' for the 80s.
Probably talking out of his backside.
My club had its 'Ozzie End' and 'Pop Side'.

This is a pre-Christmas cracker.  If you want to hear British insults, attend a football match.
