Good this thread was bumped. I've been thinking since then, if I should have my hair cut again.

Btw, I don't see anything wrong about a nicely done "landing strip". Winkwink.

I actually do like it. I wear it short for a couple of weeks, get my tough nut fix, then as it grows out I can relax into a college boy style (very non-threatening). Then I grow it out a bit more and look a bit shaggy and beat. It's a nice transitional look.

Incidentally the barber I used last had a great collection of attachments. I'm not sure what his went up to but he had at least 10 in that box I'd say. I think he does a lot of work for the hip hop kids around that way so probably most of those attachments are for the mad stencilling those guys get done.

He didn't use any of them except for finishing off and doing the fade into the sideburns though.
