Thank heaven I grew into Gershwin, Cole Porter and their like.
Does my love of Chet Atkins assuage some of your fears?
To be honest after reading Wasp 101 you could answer your door dressed in a plastic onesy, covered in blood, blaring death metal, and I'd sooner enter your house than that freaks.

A polish friend of mine lent me some black metal years ago and yes, I found it quiet hypnotic. The drumming was great, the guitar's rather boring and unmelodic (like listening to whitenoise while blowing your nose) and the singing/yelping was pretty pathetic.
Overall I thought it sounded like music for emotional stunted, whiny attention seekers.
The people who I know who listen to are bar one (my polish friend) pencil necked wasters who don't know what the right side of 6am looks like.
ha ha. I'm sure it doesn't... and if it does it wasn't intentional. honest.
I wear a 14.5 collar, if that qualifies as pencil-necked. Though I like to be asleep right up until 6-6.30a.
White Brooks button-down
A lovely no-name lambswool heathery crew-neck (off now because it's turned warm)
Thrifted Bean jeans in a Clarkson shade of blue (not good)
Navy Falke socks (could easily have gone sockless)
The Cognac, plasticy, £80 Weejuns
Smile - you're on Candid Camera!
Nice one H. Lovely looking shetland that.
Brooks in just about the palest blue you can imagine
The camel Braemar cashmere cardigan (totally un-needed - phew)
The favourite Levis chinos
Sockless
Bass Weejuns

I made comment on the Oombopster and heikki on modcult so won't bother here... but luftvier I like this outfit much more than many of your previous ones. A very nice repp tie, I've been looking for one similar myself. That pocket square seems lost amongst the rest of the colours of shapes though.
14.5 seems very small for a guy who looks fairly tall in photo's. I'm a 14.5 myself but really rather short. I'd say it qualifies as pencil necked but that's not an insult and wasn't intended as one I was attempting to chuck your way.

You'd be liking the old rough trade in the video, then.
