Can't get them at the British Shop anymore. They were great for cashmere sweaters.

I think they are still manufacuturing but as you say the online shop doesn't seem to sell direct. Looks like an over the phone jobbie. I often go upto that area of Scotland with friends who like fishing. If plans are afoot I'll let you now and get you one from their Mill shop.

When I wear socks now I wear white or off white ribbed cotton crew socks. I only wear dark or black socks with dark dress pants and the last time was Christmas. I do see some old guys wearing shorts and black socks and sandals around here.

Sarcasms aside, there's nothing wrong at all with a track suit if worn on the right occasion, and depending on the style.

Mine's a plain light grey cotton with a zip front. The bottoms aren't elasticated either. Perfectly acceptable when worn to and from the gym. Looks great with white socks too (wink)

I wore white Falke running socks yesterday, but I only do that in combination with white Canvas sneakers... and not too often,  as I like coloured socks

your shoos look amazing! Sooo lucky. l wore the exact same pair in the local mud filled paddock on Saturday arvo while picking a bunch of weeds for my lunch.

The Weejuns come up BIG when you click on that image Patrick - so big in fact that I can do a forensic analysis of your shoes. There are tiny specks of moisture on them - light rain in Connecticut or had you just been for a slash?

A great look Patrick, one I'm trying to emulate here in Europe with a couple of madras jackets currently on their way to me from The Ivy League Shop. Very American, can it work over here? I shall soon find out.
