I hear you on that Fitz, there's a bit more "zest" as a rule at Crossfire. Did you have a good night? Alan H is always VFM on the decks, one of my favorite DJ's.
Mod life crisis! I like that. Haha.
lol. That psyche room is something else. I always wander in for a bit, just to marvel at the way those cats dress. I'm good for a couple of tunes in there, then I start getting on a right downer.
They say Alan's R&B 123 club is really good, he's a wicked collection of tunes. Some of his JA stuff was given to him by his mates parents when he was a kid. Not sure when the next one is but might be worth checking out... https://www.facebook.com/groups/265732560181436/
Do/did Shaolin Gong Fu - but a tendon injury in my shoulder has meant i've been out since easter, great for fitness, likewise Liam, never been a massive fan of sparring, get's a bit messy sometimes.
Was gonna head to the Crossfire night but forgot it was a mates birthday so it was a vietnamese on Kingsland road, band at queen of hoxton and back to ours until we called it a day at 5am.
Today wearing:

Levis trucker cord jacket with fleece lining. - bought it from camden lock about four years ago but have only worn it about three times.
Similar here Tom. Definitely bigger, anyway.
I just hate the ego that goes with sparring really. I think because I'm smaller and younger than most of the guys I train with if I hold my own in a sparring session they will usually get frustrated and chuck a few nasty kicks in. That gets boring fast.
I don't do much now tbh, I'm getting back into climbing and bouldering which keeps me happy and if I get bruised it's usually my own fault.
To keep it slightly on topic....
Very boring,
Natural coloured lambswool sweater from Uniqlo over;

I loved sparring but i know what you are saying about egos guys.
Usually the bully boys get sorted at a decent gym.Its all about learning
from each other.I once got floored from a punch to the kidneys from a guy
half my size and weight ( a great leveler).
Today, I are mostly wearing....
Wine, Navy, Dark Green on white LE BD Tattersall Checked shirt
White Beefy T
Indigo Edwin Jeans - 1/2 inch turn-ups
Navy Blue Falke Socks
Cola Clarks DBs
Oh I box..
T'was a kick to the chest that floored me - in fact the taller chaps i've been ok with, just a few used to get over excited, at the time I had no experience as was new and the rest had done other forms if not gong fu. Gonna cancel my current gym, it's cost too much with me supporting 2 of us and taking a pay cut, most training I do is body weight, will just save up for the gong fu stuff instead. Got more out of that than just gym anyway.
Right here...right now...
JS light blue BD, regular pocket..maybe the first thing I bought from the Chiltern St location - it's a Large and fits great?!? If only they stayed that way...
LVC 505s

Here's hoping you get it then RB.
I've just ordered one of the Uniqlo lambswool cardi's from the site. Is that the current seasons you're wearing? How's the weight? They look slightly heftier online than that last few years lambswools... which is what drew me to them.
