You don't look at all fazed by the prospect of the storm, Patrick.
Good luck out there.
Cool, although thanks to Jimmy Savile the look of a man holding a cigar has been heavily marred.
Watch that weather Patrick, sounds like it's gonna be a doozy.
Last year, almost to the day, we had a freak blizzard that knocked out the power for up to 10 days in some spots. We are literally in the northwest corner of Connecticut, hard by the Massachusetts and New York state borders. It's hilly country and nobody's done any serious line maintenance, or cleared trees, in decades. Must be a little like living in India or something.
Anyway we have power outages pretty frequently. Last year I got out my backpacking stove and cooked canned spaghetti in the driveway. Disgusting but at the time I thought Chef Boyardee was Brillat-Savarin's underappreciated cousin.
Tom those flannels look great with the playboys. Bop And Patrick, good solid casual garb. Stay safe Patrick, looks like your in for a bit of a bashing.
Another not-so-young man, with a horn.

Nice, must be warm down in Brighton H as i've packed up the chinos for winter!!
It's fairly mild, the sun's out.
Very nice, Henry. I just purchased a similar jacket from Zach. I'll try and get a pic up soon. This is not the other Sagner by any chance, is it H?
And congratulations!

Cheers. The jackets made by Sears. The Sagner suit did turn up though and it's perfect. Beautifull midnight blue flannel and super soft shoulders, I'm just getting the trousers hemmed and cuffed.
H, faultless as per usual. I love the look of the JSA chinos in particular.
Me today, very samey, bright but chilly day (about 6 degrees up here);
Brown/Navy/Fawn/white plaid Pendleton Board Shirt
White crewneck Long sleeve thermal T shirt
Sand coloured Levis 519 tapered to 7" hem, no breakers
No belt
Off white wool fishing socks pulled up to me cold cold knees
Navy canvas Jack Purcell
Black watch cap.
Me not at all Ivy today, but it kind of works:
Shipton & Heneage brown wholecuts
Old Town tapered high-rise trousers
TM Lewin plain white shirt
BB tie
Ballantyne tank top
Rubinacci RTW jacket
tweed cap from street market
First Peacoat day of the season for me - Mine's a Navy six button from the Monoprix in Paris (their Tesco, or maybe Waitrose). V. toasty and heavy.
BD, cord jeans, DBs, Shetland.
No cap or scarf ... yet.
Doing some Ad sales today as a break from the bookshop...
Glad you are ok Pat. Looked bad what I saw on TV here - we don't get that sort of thing so its a bit hard to understand.
But then I suppose bush fires here, especially in urban areas, are a bit hard for others to understand.
