I can see the weekend ahead. It is only a small spot, but it is gettig bigger.

Yellow/white OCBD BB, tan slim cords BB, navy crew neck Smedley, dark argylle socks, dark brown blucher mocs LLBean, old (1996) navy Bedale Barbour (with studdded in plush liner). No name black/grey/red tartan scarf (I call it my home check of the "House Of Knobs"). Local variation of the 8/4/2: 1/1/1, caused by a clipper accident.

Lol. I'll put my money where my mouth is and stick up a pick soon. I like your look there Rob, nice and simple. I think trousers with belt loops should always have a belt in them though. Do you have a habit of buying everything in blue? I do, I've had to make a conscious effort to not buy blue recently as there's too much of it in my wardrobe. It is my favourite colour though. I seem to be replacing that obsession with grey, wild eh lol.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Yeah good point about the belt, er I don't normally wear a belt with jeans, maybe I should invest.

The colours I buy are typically navy, cornflower, red, marron, aquamarine, dark green, sandy stone colours, mustard. I never seem to buy bright orange or yellow. I'd never wear dark shade of purple and violet for trousers, every other hue I probably would. You get some good shades for trousers over on the brighter side of t'wheel.

Re: Ivy League style for today

The 5 pockets look good in that piccy Bop. I'll definitely be doing my own experiments with those.

Boring from me.
Bottle and dark green plaid on red base Pendleton Board Shirt over;
Primark thermal long sleeve crew neck shirt tucked into;
Italian made (not ideal but better than most new) Levis white tabs. 12" rise tapered 7" bottoms no break in a sort of olive khaki;
Ecru thick wool fishing socks
Cola flavour Clarks DB's
Black watch cap.

First day off in over 2 weeks tomorrow and I'll be venturing off to pick up me new phone which has a camera. How novel! So pics to follow of this or very similar I reckon If I can work the blighter out.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Today I have been sporting my new second hand LL Bean Norwegian crew neck
Over a navy jersey polo from uniqlo
Worn with dsdundee cords and walkover bucks.

I have a pic too but as I can't remember my password (posting from phone) to log in on my laptop and all my passwords are at work and I'm off all week. Tried to do the upload but it just loads in a previous image?
