Armchaired - I do like a knit tie, but I was trying to look a bit more business like in a fun way.

WM - No, it is an older BB poplin blazer. I like my lips, too, thanks.

Liam - Thanks.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Is the 1818 model you posted a day or two ago the sack?

Re: Ivy League style for today

The one from the other day is the 1818 sack, but the one from today has really soft shoulders. I wish it were in better shape.

Ahh.  Ok.  I've been curious to see that 1818 sack on someone.  I'll review the pic.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Going out to a soul night...

In an off white late 50s BB Makers without breast pocket and an additional (special customer order) back collar button...
Charles Tyrwhitt slim fit chinos with 1 3/4 cuff, 12" rise in aubergine
Oxblood leather belt, slim
Oxblood pebble grain wholecuts with red brick sole
(Northamptonshire made)
Dark grey/black/grey striped socks
Darkest grey vintage waistcoat
And a black (beware!!!!!) leather 'beatnik chic' bracelet ( I know... But I own it for a long time)...

P.S. Weejuns would have been better... But I own only gray ones wink

Re: Ivy League style for today

A pic would have surely helped.  I'd like to see those CT chinos on a body.  Sounds like a lot of good stuff going on though.  Have fun.

A Swedish brand called Boomerang. I tucked them in (for some reason that I can't think of now...). And yes, they ARE a bit short, and my shoes looks like it's two sizes too big.

Looks totally casual and cool in a '60s hit-the-beach way, Sancho.  But, did something fall on you?  What the heck is that on your shoulder?
