Andover Shop wash and wear khaki poplin 2-button sack suit, uncuffed trousers
blue J. Press end-on-end buttondown
tan Alden LHS penny loafers
blue, green, white striped #2-style repp tie from Press
old narrow brown leather belt with brass buckle

long-sleeved thin gray crewneck t-shirt, Paragon Sports label, NYC
Incontinence pants blue zip-pocket star shorts, fantastic for the beach walk because of the zippered pockets

Went for a dawn patrol surf session this am, so had to grab a rinse off shower and toss on some clothes real quick like. Lacoste polo, LE Madras shorts, and some AE loafers I got that I actually love, a discontinued model called Montecito.

Stanshall, the first set is sounding great but you're kinda losing me on that second combination.  Just can't really get a vision.

Doghouse, nice to see you around again.  Sounds comfortable.

Hi SGH. Welcome to the forum.

You'll find a few guys here also like Ivy elements but wear continental style for the most part,  so don't let that be a barrier to you posting.

Plus we all started somewhere and it takes a while to 'get your eye in'(to recognise easily/at a glance) and know what makes something Ivy.

I think with a tie and longwings itd look fine. You kinda of dressed it down there making it look more lacklustre than it is I reckon.
