Love the coat Woolie. Good stuff Cap. Well, can't say much for the refuse Dockers.  They at least appear a good fit.

Looks like a smart vintage POW check jacket you got there TB82, all seems to fit well too. And I'm all for more tassel and bit loafers.

Welcome!

Although I see I am technically no longer a "new member", I am still baffled by some of the acronyms and abbreviations I see here.  After work today, I might try to start a thread collecting all of them into a glossary.  Nerd, yes, I know.

So, I am assuming that Moose isn't commenting on a Prisoner Of War check jacket...

Prince Of Wales check... Thanks by the way guys. The jacket is from Hackett and not so vintage (1 year old ;-)). I am lucky to live an hour away from a Hackett outlet store, they sometimes have nice sample jackets from great fabrics (Loro Piana, Barberis, Harris Tweed) for 100-250 euro.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Harris has some suberp fabrics, used by real big names in the sartorial landscape but also some moderate and lesser stuff. You have to see/feel yourself.

Some days I definitely yearn for such a seemingly idyllic small town setting.  Looking nice.

I love the house behind you, OCBD.  Going to look it up, but it might be part of the Richardson Romanesque movement...
