What's that jacket AC?

Tom, we're kind of in the same boat today.  I'm out of work AGAIN today due to this "ice storm" we're having.  Funnily enough, I'm in a black watch LL Bean flannel button down.

Lovely stuff Heikki - love the way you intersperse the scenic shots - it's like watching The Bridge or Wallander!!!

Is that one of the Ivy Chambray shirts from Kamakura? Looks like you got more roll on the collar if so.

tom (& co.) - thanks - i guess it's that scandinavian design / cinema sensibility LOL

i grew up on aki kaurismäki among other things.

yes, kamakura it is. almost got the fucker + a pair of chinos ruined during the drunken mist that was last friday night. a rather obese elderly lady crashed over me in a club, pouring my + my mates pints on me. goddammit, i was stout soaked! my pants looked like i'd pissed and shat them.. well well. no heavy pub runs for a while thank you very much.

Sounds horrific - mind you sure we've all had moments like that, I know I have!

New vintage jacket newly on and dropped chilli oil prawn onto it - mortified! Fortunately I put some oil remover on it then too to the dry cleaner and it came out!
Guinness has killed a few pairs of light suede shoes over the years though - usual thing, some pissed up fool spills a pint over you - cheers!

Still not as bad as a DEADSTOCK/NOS late-50s rare as hell pincord two-piece summer sack suit with thin lapels, 3/2 front, hooked vent getting trashed by hotel laundry for a goddamn jacket pressing after wearing it out only once. Burned right through fabric from unknown liquid detergent/chemical bleach spill. I still wake up in a cold sweat over that one.

Sharp ensembles all around. Especially loving the Shetlands.

We can imagine a world in which the axiom of reducibility is not valid. But it is clear that logic has nothing to do with the question whether our world is really of this kind or not.
