The only element I'd improve on that popover is the sleeves... they look like they're cut a bit short and not full half-length. Another couple of inches to the base of the placket would be ideal.

There is someting about the CCC popover with the button stance that I dont like. Its looking better on tom that it does me though. One thing I would say is the hem on them is great when untucked
