Re: Ivy League style for today

I have an olive w+w that I am getting the trousers adjusted on Bop, if I could find an off white like the one worn by Peter Fonda in HATIL then I would snap it up, i keep looking and like you say, think it'll look cracking.

Re: Ivy League style for today

^ Agree, great collegiate look there Sancho - much better than that Crosby Stills and Nash look, I too saw the light and cut off my hair.

Millenial88 - i'll take a pic of the shirt of you like - it is just a Simon Carter shirt I picked up for £5 in an outlet a couple of years back, lacks most of the ivy details but works well.

Thanks Ox - it is a great shot and i'm definitely looking for a wash n wear suit (size 38) in a light colour, eyes peeled peeps.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Feeling inspired by a documentary Bop pointed in my direction

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zcnaI8UrG4&feature=youtu.be

Vintage black weejuns (the last batch with the 'made in USA' heel insert from about the mid-80s ),
off-white crew socks,
Edwin Nashville jeans with a chunky turn-up/cuff,
Goodwear long sleeve white t-shirt,
Pendleton 'black-watch' board shirt,
Brixton Hats charcoal grey trilby.
Vintage Wayfarers ( love these as they don't have Rayban written all over them) , in tortoiseshell with replacement graduated lenses.

Re: Ivy League style for today

I used to think I was BY FAR the most attractive poster here, but then Sancho had to come along and put the lid on that.

Damn you Sancho.  You know there can be such a thing as being TOO good looking.
