Re: Ivy League style for today

Super shirt! Is it 100% cotton? I always come across the synthetic space fabrics with Arrow. My one score ended up being a size large ocbd in a killer plaid check that I bought just to offer on the forum and ended up selling to another member. Can't seem to find any Arrow shirts in natural fibres in all of my thrifting.

WM you are such a minx in that last picture, nice shirt though.

Capt, I wonder how many noticed the coordinating watch strap? Style like that doesn't just happen accidentally.

Thanks ZJ. Shooey, the shoes are that shiny because they're essentially plastic!  They gleam like a waxed vinyl floor after a good shine.  Your business men's shoes are on another plane of existence entirely.  But I'm glad you are pleased.

Ox, that's straight 100% America right there. Love it.

Yes.  Made in US by Hertling. The 5ps tapered to 7.5 hem.  Getchasome!

Re: Ivy League style for today

4F Hepcat, the concert was a once local singer/songwriter (more Bruce Springsteen) guy named Griffin House. It was part of my small city's "Summer in the park" series. It is all free and lots of people come out for the events which they have a few times a week June-July. It is a good time. With that being said, I was there for the entertainment, but not so much the music.

However, my brother has free Flaming Lips tickets for tonight. I want to go, but it is a 1 1/2 hour drive and on a school night. I will probably pass like an old man.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Billax, is that a Brooksgate?

I'm selling an identical jacket, only I've added a third button and turned it into a 3/2.

Will sell dirt cheap ($40) if anyone's interested. Size 38.
