Thanks JERK! No matter what I do, I can't look at that shot right-side-up on my phone.  It keeps spinning around as I turn my phone.  And now I'm about to vomit, as I'm quite tight at the moment.  I think the shirt looks good.

Thirded great stuff Joey and i am interested in what was on offer at the Irish restaurant?

Not dissing my own people but we are not known for our gastronomical refinement... maybe boiled bacon and cabbage ?

Of course if is was breakfast time that would be different.... Black and White puffing ,soda bread or maybe a faal which are all fantastic!

I ate at an Irish Restaurant once. It was called "Potato Republic".

No doubt Joey was the best dressed person in the place.  Hope he recovers from the food soon.

Re: Ivy League style for today

Ha! Thanks for the kind words everyone. The Irish place wasn't too bad. It's actually kind of a nice place, or at least it acts like one since it's in sort of a more upscale part of town (I mean, they did let me make reservations). It's my girlfriend's favorite so we go there on somewhat special occasions.

The lady had fish and chips, which is what I think she usually gets at the joint. I got their coddle (which doesn't stray from the traditional recipe of potatoes, sausage, bacon, and onions) served in a soda bread bowl. Overall, pretty standard stuff, but tasty!

Our favorite is this appetizer they serve, which I'm not sure is really traditional: it's little fried balls of potato, cheese, and garlic served with sour cream. Tasty!

I don't drink though so I suppose I didn't get the "true" Irish experience, hahaha.

The patrons at the ballet were indeed better dressed than at the pub. Weird combination of grown men in tweed who understand how to dress well and young college kids wearing such awkward combinations of skinny jeans, clip-on skinny ties, miniscule-collared shirts, tacky vests, and cardigans or cropped suit jackets. Oh well. The ballet itself was good!

Well I don't like them too loose so going by the size chart a small should be ok even with the heavy weight, plus they are only €39 on the PB site end of line section so probably worth a punt.

SOAS has some great bits, but christmas is coming which means I must invest my money on others, bah humbug!
