What the heck is that?  Where?  Why?  What's going on here?

Final night of Noir City at The Castro Theatre, moments before the theme from San Francisco rolled out from the mighty Wurlitzer which led into John Frankenheimer's Seconds! The crowd was in an uproar; standing ovations all around! Those Brooks Brothers have got star quality!

Do they give you the option to buy the print when you're leaving through the lobby?  smile

Re: Ivy League style for today

They actually showed a slideshow presentation of all the important people at the festival, like Eddie Muller, Ben Mankiewicz, the other guest speakers and sponsors, etc. Then we appeared on screen too for some strange reason! Maybe they thought we were important because we were hanging out with Eddie right before that photo was snapped. I've got a mouth full of peanut M&M's, haha.

Me too, great outfit and I like the shirt and tie combo although a proper pair of trousers (or moleskins if you want to keep it casual) would elevate the whole look.

+1 on the great jacket, Heikki. What's the maker? And are those one-button cuffs?

The silk does actually block the cold wind better than wool...

Tootal are too skimpy for me to be effectve in the winter.  I like big scarfs.

I'm a big fan of Tootal scarves.  They are deceptively warm, and as Harpo says they do add a touch of colour.

Re: Ivy League style for today

I'll get one, then.
Might be best for me on a windy spring day, but Harpo telling me off has put a new perspective on things.
