Personally I prefer this look than the previous although both are great this just seems to be a bit more subtle but more interesting
Very nice indeed ZarJazz, that for me is spot on.
^ Great shirt and outfit Capitaine, Lady Isabelle sounds a interesting gal, nothing wrong with a bit of granny sex.

If you think of it in principles of 3s you normally get a good out come..the stream of logic would be...bold pattern balanced by plain space.. then obviously what compliments those as a pair is a more subdued pattern.. like the shirt..
Again with the cloth wool contrasts to cotton and leather sits in to that trio..
Im not saying people should think like this but its basically the logical premise for building a visual system which is all an image is..its a system of elements working together..
Working from instinct is probably best to avoid a Rainman like approach but being mindful of what is actually happening when you add things together helps..
Most importantly the eye doesnt lie..if you hold two things up together and they work great..but then if you hold a third thing up and it works with one and not the other...thats not balance (arguably you have to upset balance slightly for something to be technically balanced, but thats further down the road)..as things get more complex that logic has to ride through like a backbone
Saying that though...a person's taste must be communicated..if Woof likes a lot of consonance he will look for that in what he puts together.. but to achieve balance consonace must be paired with dissonance to create drama and resolution
