Re: Ivy League style for today

I lost my American Optical's recently, as gutted about the fact they were in a Collett and Jones Case my Dad gave to me as the fact they are missing. My missus does have a habit of making things disappear in our tiny flat, but I think I took them to London in my bag, not realising they were in there (thinking I'd forgotten them) and somehow lost them there because I didn't realise I had them?

If I don't win the 'Bans I'm after, I'm seriously thinking of getting another pair of A.O. with Gold Rims, in case the other pair ever turn up!

Re: Ivy League style for today

Whatever else they can be criticised about, they do a lovely madras shirt.

How are the 5ps?

Re: Ivy League style for today

The 5ps may have been better bought in a size up..the rise is a touch low..everything else I liked..the leg is a good taper the material is a great light putty color that just seams to works with everything. JS in the sale is a good time to go..you can really fill your boots, I still look to EBay for most things but I feel their chinos were pretty good for the money..and the madras shirts just work really well. I have to say out of the times I've been in today felt the most rewarding.. Three shirts and a pair of trousers for the same price a drakes shirt was going in a few shops down . Although JS did nearly manage, by mistake, to sell my boardshirt to a customer whilst I was in the changing room.

I was even closer to that pic today, Stan, with the addition of my white Keds Champs.

Tremendous stuff going on again.
Special mention for woof , with the blue chino and split toes combo, very nice indeed.

...nice John boy, I like the tie especially.
Are those mini toilet rolls I see, just out of interest?
