If your under about 5'8 I'd say a 29inch waist is perfectly reasonable.

Yeah I meant 5'8 and under I suppose. I have a friend who's 5'10 and a 30 waist. He's not skinny either. Just a real strong core and very fit.

Likewise didn't Harpo say he was a 32waist and 6'2. That's pretty impressive.

I'm 5'5 28waist 36/37chest, depending on what I've been doing work-wise. I don't think I'm particularly skinny either.

Being lean and needing a feed are two different things and are very obviously different even with clothes on. If you've ever seen a heroin addict in a suit outside court you will know what I'm talking about.
