Now I haven't found a place in my area who would carry them (wtf) I either find some slim ones who only have a check and bills sleeve, or those huge ones with checkbook, cards, pen, and another page sleeve for more cards. And that is if I find one without female markings.
I'm thinking I'll have to make a custom one with an old man I know who works with leather making wallets and the like.
Now before I do so, is there a place to find them online but without them costing hundreds?

I'm curious about this one: I'm assuming the perp is in USA. Do people in USA still use cheque books (even if they can't spell it)?

I'd venture that 50% of grownups here in Oz wouldn't know what a cheque book was and that the other half might fondly remember them as some pre internet /credit card/debit card anachronism. Aside from a few tradies and farmers perhaps.

Not to mention the idea to get a leather cover for one.

I'm guessing the "old man I know who works with leather" is some hippie over 25.

edit: a tradie = tradespersons - like chippie, sparkie etc not a TRAD-ie or tradly . Maybe cheque books with leather covers are a tradly thing?
