This strikes me as very curious. One guy starts off by noting that the Bass Gilman (a perfectly serviceable, inexpensive shoe, I wore a pair yesterday) is on sale for $77.
I would think the discussion, if any, would be along the lines of "Not a bad deal, but if you're willing to spend X dollars more you can get a shoe that is much better and will last longer."
Instead we get a guy proclaiming that $65 is the top price he would pay for a Bass Gilman.
Why $65? Is that extra $12 budgeted for athlete's foot powder? The rent?
