Re: Recent Old Ivy Finds

Nice shirt Bradley, mine is a slightly later 7 button I think. Another label to look out for.

That pop over is sweet Oli, as a last resort I guess you could dye it again if the mark doesn't come out.

What are the measurements on it fella.

Re: Recent Old Ivy Finds

Too tight for me, Tom.

According to the seller:

16.5" across the shoulders
20.5" across chest
31.5" overall length
09.5" sleeves from shoulder seam

Send me a PM if you're interested.

Re: Recent Old Ivy Finds

Too small for me pal, 17.5 at least on shoulders.

Shame it's sweet.

Re: Recent Old Ivy Finds

It would definitely be too small for me too, Oliver. Though, as with most measurements taken by ebay sellers, they are probably off by a zillion inches.

I'm so sorry guys! Be sure to check out the SWAP/SALE thread, pretty sure that none of the items will fit my disproportionate body.

Love that. Brilliant find. Woven in Switzerland. That is a new one for me. More interesting global connections.

Re: Recent Old Ivy Finds

Nice shirt, Brad! Sea breeze cotton is a lighter and looser woven cloth, I'm sure you've come across it without noticing on beachwear and other tropical weight articles; shirting, swim trunks, etc. It's popular in Southern California. I have a very similar 6-button Brooks Makers in a red oxford weave, albeit not in such minty clean condition!
