Sweet. Do you guys think the Southwick sack could be taken in to a size 43? W/o ruining it preferably ;-)
Love RZ. Some great Ivy Porn there.
Got a nice fly fronted made in England Baracuta Mac for a tenner in Cancer Research today
Found an old Arrow Canada shirt in the wardrobe that I barely remember buying.
It would have been early 80s when my brother moved to Toronto. Shirt itself is unimpressive no pleat, half sleeve in tan.
I vaguely remember buying a sweatshirt plus some LPs and bringing my spectacle prescription to buy glasses (the optician trade was being opened up in the UK).
Toronto itself was fine. I could imagine living there, whereas New York was a complete mystery.

shades of 'Bullitt' with those details. Lovely jacket.

2.75" Paisley tie (navy, red amoeba-ey patterns with grey centers) from the late G. Fox & Co. Great with a suit. Wore it today.
Hard to divine the age on it...it has the early-mid 60s width but is in such good condition for that soft silk the non-repps are made out of I wonder if it is really from the early 80s, maybe.

I like the look of 'no breast pocket' very much. Looks 'continental' from the trouser detailing and stubby vents, doesn't it? A cracker.
Thanks Moose, can't wait to break that one out. Sorry Hank, my photo hosting is being very screwy so it's probably on my end.
Is there such a thing as a "basketweave" as a pattern? If so, I think that is what this jacket has.

Sellers who don't know what they're selling - that's where the real steals are.
Sweet suit, TTR. Rare to find a sack suit with more flamboyant styling.

You do have the knack of finding these things, don't you? A good way of extending 'khaki suit season'.
Any idea of the label?
The eagle has landed BTW. At customs now...
Nice, mr. Thin.
I have a tan suit coming my way as well
^ Now I have the W'n'W' coming my way, I was wondering the same thing.
Fuck it go for it. The police won't come after you or anything.
