Either get them from Dorsoux is France. My 'rough-outs' are from there, and very verywell made. Otherwise WWII IMPRESSIONS in the U.S are also very good, and the only place I know that do the proper slimmer Boondockers. The others are ok, but cheap with non of the detail, like hob nails and proper tread pattern. Mine are one of the best things I've ever bought. And no import cost from the States as with WWII IMPRESSIONS. But thee are ways round that. I'm google to get a pair of e WWII IMPRESSIONS Ons brought over for me next year

^You can buy Laco direct from the watchmaker in Germany, I've got the Support Flieger chrono from a couple of years back.

If you think the Laco Naval watches are stylish, then check out Stowa version, they're a notch or two better and you buy direct. Well worth the readies.

superdenim are selling the real mccoy version of the boondocker for a shade under £800.

i'm all for detail but this is clearly ball breakingly expensive and only a little less than we spent on our car.

i'm all for having the best in life but think i'd rather put that kind of dollar into a jacket.
