I'm taking a bit of a chance on it, but sage + 6 button is worth giving it a try.  It may fit closer to a 15 if it shrank in the wash.  If it's too big I'll pass it along to someone on here.  The neck may just be too big for a tie.

NOS Brooks Bros Vintage Knitwear all made in these here British Isles, Pricey but very very nicey !
Including a Killer dark green Shetland in a 46 chest.

It's laughable  that the US seller has stated that the four Shetlands are made in England
which is of-course wrong ,they are made in Scotland as one would expect.

Here's a 3 piece cord suit by Brooks. It's a sack but I can't tell if its a 3/2. It looks well-worn but right now it's at $1.00.
