Thanks, A.

I'm no writer. Being a real fan, like you are, is enough for me.

Best -

Good work!

For everything new, something old is missing, though...

There should be an archive....

Madras memories was one of my faves....

Do you keep these things, GG?

Re: "John's..."

Good job. It's sprinkled through with a certain wistfulness, which given the impending clsure of JS, is appropriate.

Re: "John's..."

It was a first draft & I asked GG for tips on editing it. He saw the sense in leaving it rough and more "from the heart".

But then the guy is a Publishing professional.

My thanks to him.

Re: "John's..."

^ Of no real help to you R&B, I grant you but I was never able to access it via a Mac even during the original incarnation of the site. Those who are technically minded might know the reason why but it was always beyond me. I used to take daily looks at the site via my PC in work.

Re: "John's..."

Thanks, Sports Fan. Interesting. So it's a browser thing then...Can't recall which browser I used to use on the Mac. Computer has long gone to my ex-wife.

Re: "John's..."

This incompatibility problem is one of the reasons why some of us called it a "bad" site. Nothing to do with the content. Which is excellent.

Some of us could have helped, but our constructive criticism encountered the Holy Wrath of JS's confidants.
