J. Simons (London) Autumn offerings...

This could well be the best Autumn for a long time by the look of things (Not that Autumn has ever been a let-down in Russell Street in the past...).

More Ivy jackets.
More Ivy suits.
More Overcoats.
More Macs.
More subtle striped silk knit ties - Italian in origin I think.
And PROPER shoes.

Very nice.

J. Simons is our O'Connell's over here.

Well worth a Google.

Miles.

PS - I should point out that, although I am fond of this shop, I am in no way connected to it. They have far more sense than that.

Any chance of posting some "on location" shots of this unique store?

Especially interested in what the interior looks like...

I have no idea if that will work. My nephew had to talk me through the whole thing...

Miles -- if you can ever arrange to take detailed photos of the shop, I (and countless others) would appreciate it.  Next time I come to London, you me and Stinky should go out for a pint or five.  We'll then sort out the wares at Simons.  I hope by then the Sterling will have had fallen.
