"Going Ivy"...
I've been having some very nice email chats lately with a guy from Modculture who's getting into our style just now - Just a really regular guy who is interested in a step up in quality, cut & cloth.
'Going Ivy' is Alex Roest's phrase & I really like it - So any tips for the next generation on 'Going Ivy'?
He's interested in The Look at all levels from Loake to Alden.

Boyer's 'ACL', written for his mate Sarty Scott, is a very good steer. It's all B.B. has really had to say on the subject. Ever.
My only advice would be to keep it simple, keep it real. There is a load you can just ignore - Vinyard Vines, for example.
