American made Brown Scotch-Grain Bass Weejun beefroll.
Found on a trip to the bog in John Simons (a/k/a when I was being nosey in the basement), they're the last pair of US made Bass he ever had.

h.i.s. 1962 olive green miniature hopsack (this verified by Sir John Simons) half-lined, lapped seams throughout, patch and flap pockets, 2 buttons on cuff half an inch apart, slim lapels, hooked vent, 3 button, perfect Ivy League sack sports jacket. £15 from Flip in 1988. Modern art.

Oh Tim I know those shoes. They are magnificent. You lucky boy. JS himself is sporting a pair at the moment is he not? I wish I'd bought many many more of the Wilton, Maine shoes when they were so omnipresent. I took the buggers for granted which is my big mistake of course. They are the greatest Ivy shoe of all. Not the grandest, but certainly the greatest. Pure perfect form.

An early 1960's Nortex Windcheater. Lightweight, unlined and a perfect fit for me. Pure white cotton with cream buttons. It's my #1 Summer item. Buttoned flap pockets and batwing storm-flap like a G9 but with a one button standup collar. 2 button cuffs and elasticated cotton waistband at the rear. I think that its zip has been replaced 3 times now and the cloth is going thin in places but i still love it. The epitome, of streamlined minimalist collegiate casual clothing. Well, IMHO anyway!

Vintage green madras type check jacket.  it was custom made for someone judging by the tag inside personally addressed to the original buyer. Fits a dream and didnt need anything altered, undarted 3/2 jacket, narrow lapels, the right "short" jacket length.  Got it for $25 on ebay some years back

I have a couple old Brooks wash and wear suits. Not that I'd wash them.

They have the greatest shoulders, which is to say, hardly any, but what's there just seems to fit me right.

Otter : Take it easy, I'm pre-law.
Boon : I thought you were pre-med.
Otter : What's the difference?

A Navy flannel 3 piece 3BS suit from Langrock. Grey-blue half-lined inside and on the back of the vest. Perfect in the shoulders, half 3-2 roll. Grey-blue buttons.
