The Eastland site used to show you how to tie those knots...
Maybe try Camp Mocs from Bean & you can play with the laces?

As a keen participant in the BDSM scene -I recognise the knot as an adaptation of the blood knot here is a link to you tube- so you can play around with the laces -there is a wealth of information on the various bondage sites out there which could also be adapted.
